Atmospheric shopping
During the Dordt December Days, downtown Dordt is a gift in itself, both in the stores and outside, with beautiful decorations and cozy lights. On December 22, 23 and 24, have your gifts transformed into top gifts for free at the free wrapping service. The stores will be open extra long so everyone can do their Christmas shopping.
Be amazed by light art on special buildings in several places downtown. Walk past the cozy light projections and you will be enchanted by the stories. It is one of the highlights of the Dordrecht December Days. Every evening from December 15 to 30 (except December 25) from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Visit the cozy Winter Square in the garden of the Grote Kerk from December 26 to 30 and enjoy a tasty Dordt treat every evening from 5 to 10 p.m. With daily live music, cozy picnic tables and a nostalgic carousel on which all kids can take a free spin.
Walk a little further after Wanderlust to this enchanting spectacle. The light artwork revolves around fabulous images of trees and natural landscapes.
Experience this December atmosphere with friends and family in one of the Klein Schippers' Guild boats. The cozy cruises last about an hour and can be booked from Dec. 15 to Dec. 30.
