In the night, everything is exciting. Come Saturday, Oct. 8, roam the city and be surprised. From blues performances, to live electronic music to a classical night concert in the Grote Kerk. And from people's library to Cape Verdean carnival, balcony serenades and a tour of lights. There is something wonderful for everyone!
