At ToBe, it's all about fun and developing a creative talent in dance, art & design, music and theater. Whether before, during, after school or in leisure time, ToBe is there for young and old, beginners and advanced, amateurs and professionals. ToBe programs and organizes festivals, concerts, performances and events. Often in collaboration with other arts and cultural organizations. ToBe as a spider in the web ToBe, as a broad-based facility, has been the core institution for cultural education subsidized by the municipalities of Dordrecht, Papendrecht and Ridderkerk for many years. ToBe does not do this alone, but in collaboration with many partners, such as the subsidizing municipalities, local cultural partners, the amateur field and educational institutions.
