The guests stay in a bright bungalow with living room/kitchen, bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The whole is situated in a large garden with a characteristic tree, a shady catalpa. There are several fruit trees. Four chickens provide fresh eggs. In the front and backyard is a seat. There is one large bedroom with a double bed and one small bedroom with two single beds.
The Space
Our space is large enough for 4 adults. It’s also suitable for small children. A high chair and toys are provided. There’s a spacious living room with a dining area. This table is also a great place to work. There is a stable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. There is also a microwave. A smart TV is available for watching TV and streaming Netflix. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and your bath towels will be ready. A crib is also available. The master bedroom has plenty of space for the crib. Both bedrooms have storage space for clothing. We’ll also make sure that coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and other essentials are available upon arrival. You won’t need to go to the supermarket right away.
Guest Access
There is a separate entrance. The entire guesthouse is available foryou and your travel companions. There is a garden in front of and behind the house. Parking is available on the property. We live at the same address. Upon arrival, we will discuss how to reach us.
Overview of the neighborhood
The home is located in a green area of the city of Dordrecht. There are two parks nearby. It’s less than 2 kilometers from the center of Holland’s oldest city, home to 1,000 monuments. The Brabantse and Dordtse Biesbosch National Nature Park is within biking distance—less than 10 km away. The swimming pool, ice rink, and other sports facilities are within walking distance. Supermarkets are 800 meters away. Other distances: the AHOY event hall is 20 km by car; there are also good train, tram, and metro connections. Erasmus Medical Center is 24 km by car; there are also good train, tram, and metro connections. Erasmus University is 19 km by car; there are also good train, tram, and metro connections.
Transportation Options
The Dordrecht train station is just over a kilometer away. It’s a lovely, green route to walk. Upon request, guests can be picked up at the station upon arrival. Bus stops are 800 meters away. The N3 bypass, which connects to the A15 and A16, is nearby. Free parking is available. By train, you can reach Rotterdam in 15 minutes, The Hague in 40 minutes, and Amsterdam in just over an hour. A water bus runs to Kinderdijk and Rotterdam.
Other Information
The house is smoke-free. A baby/child’s crib and high chair are available. The house is located near the railroad tracks. People who are very sensitive to noise may find this bothersome. Guests generally do not find it bothersome. Free earplugs are available upon request. Two bicycles are available for your use free of charge. Tourist information is available.
As soon as the guests arrive, they are given a short tour in which the information that is important for a pleasant stay is given. The housekeeping manual is also available on paper in Dutch, English, French and German.
The room can be rented for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.

95 euros per night for 2 people.
Additional guests: 14 euros per person per night.

10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
