The guests stay in a bright bungalow with living room/kitchen, bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The whole is situated in a large garden with a characteristic tree, a shady catalpa. There are several fruit trees. Four chickens provide fresh eggs. In the front and backyard is a seat. There is one large bedroom with a double bed and one small bedroom with two single beds.
The room
Our room is big enough for 4 adults. It is also suitable for small children. A high chair and toys are available. There is a spacious living room with a dining area. It is also possible to work at this table. There is a stable WiFi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hot air oven, dishwasher and induction cooker. There is also a microwave. There is also a smart TV where you can watch TV and also your Netflix can receive. There is a large bathroom with bath and washing machine. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made and your towels are ready. There is also a cot available. The large bedroom has enough space for this cot. Both bedrooms have storage space for clothes. We also make sure that on arrival some coffee, tea, sugar, coffee milk, etc. is present. You don't have to go to the supermarket right away.
Guest access
There is a private entrance. The whole guest house is at your disposal. There is a garden in front and behind the house. Parking is possible on private property. We live at the same address. On arrival we will make arrangements about accessibility.
Overview of the neighbourhood
The house is located in a green part of the city of Dordrecht. There are two parks in the neighbourhood. Less than 2 km from the centre of the oldest city of Holland with its 1000 monuments. Within cycling distance, less than 10 km, is the national park the Brabantse and Dordtse Biesbosch. The swimming pool, the ice rink and other sports facilities are within walking distance. Supermarkets at 800 metres. Other distances: events hall AHOY 20 km by car; there is also a good train, tram and metro connection. Transport options
Dordrecht train station is just over a kilometre away. A nice green route to walk. By appointment, guests can be collected from the station on arrival. Bus stops at 800 metres. The N3 ring road with connections to the A15 and A16 is close by. Free parking. Rotterdam is 15 minutes by train, The Hague 40 minutes and Amsterdam just over an hour. There is a water bus to Kinderdijk and Rotterdam.
Other
The house is non-smoking. Baby/children's cot and high chair available. The house is close to the railway line. People who are very sensitive to sound, may be bothered by it. Guests are generally not bothered by it. Earplugs are available free of charge if required. Two bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. Tourist information is available.
As soon as the guests arrive, they are given a short tour in which the information that is important for a pleasant stay is given. The housekeeping manual is also available on paper in Dutch, English, French and German.
The room can be rented for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
