Galerie Nieuwstraat is part of the Photocase Foundation. Artists who live and/or work in Dordrecht and the surrounding area can exhibit their work here to the public. These are artists who produce work consistently but have not yet made a name for themselves in the established art scene.
The gallery is located in the heart of Dordrecht’s cultural scene, in a central location near the Dordrechts Museum, De Kunstkerk, Filmtheater, Brasserie De Witt, and the Hof van Nederland. In addition to serving as a venue, it is also a meeting place for artists and art lovers.
