On the west side of town, a short distance from downtown, is the Weeskinderendijk parking lot where you can park for free. This parking lot is ideal when coming from the A16 or the Zwijndrecht bridge. A short distance away on Dokweg you can catch a bus towards the city center or walk to the center in about 15 minutes. With a shared bike or shared scooter you can be in the center in a few minutes.
Free parking and city bus
You may park for free in the Weeskinderendijk lot for the first 24 hours. Enter your license plate number at the parking meter. After the first 24 hours you pay €0.40 per hour.
On Saturdays you can take the city bus to the center for free upon presentation of your parking ticket. Check out 9292.nl for the timetable of bus stop 'Weeskinderendijk Beneden' which city buses go to the center.
Share bikes and share scooters

On foot to downtown
Downtown is also easy to get to on foot. Walk about 15 minutes to downtown, the route is marked with signs or view the route in google-maps here.
There are also RV sites for a day visit to Dordrecht.
TIP
You can also use Energiehuis parking garage if you don't want to park in the center. From there, line 10 of Qbuzz runs towards the center.
