On the west side of town, a short distance from downtown, is the Weeskinderendijk parking lot where you can park for free. This parking lot is ideal when coming from the A16 or the Zwijndrecht bridge. A short distance away on Dokweg you can catch a bus towards the city center or walk to the center in about 15 minutes. With a shared bike or shared scooter you can be in the center in a few minutes.
Free parking and shuttle bus
The first 24 hours you may park for free in the Weeskinderendijk lot. Just enter your license plate number at the parking meter. After the first 24 hours you pay €0.30 per hour.
On Saturdays a free shuttle bus runs from 10 am to 6 pm. It runs from the parking lot to the Centrum bus stop and back.

On foot to downtown
Downtown is also easy to get to on foot. Walk about 15 minutes to downtown, the route is marked with signs or view the route in google-maps here.
There are also RV sites for a day visit to Dordrecht.
TIP
You can also use Energiehuis parking garage if you don't want to park in the center. From there, line 10 of Qbuzz runs towards the center.
