On the west side of town, a short distance from downtown, is the Weeskinderendijk parking lot. This parking lot is ideal when coming from the A16 or the Zwijndrecht bridge. A short distance away on Dokweg you can take a bus towards the city center or walk to the center in about 15 minutes. With a shared bike or shared scooter you can be in the center in a few minutes.
Parking and City Bus
For the first 24 hours, you pay €1 at the Weeskinderendijk parking lot. If you park for longer than 24 hours, you pay €0.50 per hour thereafter. You enter your license plate number at the parking meter or via a parking app.
On Saturdays, you can ride the city bus for free to the “Centrum” stop by showing your parking ticket or the promotion on your parking app. The city buses depart from Maasplaza toward the city center.
Bike-sharing and scooter-sharing

Walking to Downtown
Downtown is also easy to reach on foot. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center; the route is marked with signs, or you can view the route on Google Maps here.
There are also RV sites for a day visit to Dordrecht.
TIP
You can also use the Energiehuis parking garage if you don't want to park in the city center. From there, take Qbuzz line 10 toward the station.
