Neighbourhood and playground association 'Victorie' has been an initiative of local residents since its establishment in 1945. To this day, all employees are volunteers.
At first, fathers made the playground equipment themselves and placed it on squares between the houses. In 1956, the playground was built on a piece of wasteland in the Land van Valk district.
Throughout the years, we have worked hard to make the playground up to date, but above all to keep it fun for all children in the neighbourhood and far beyond.
Besides managing and maintaining the playground, the association also organises all kinds of activities for young and old.
