In July, Dordrecht once again becomes the New Orleans of the Low Countries. It’s time to dust off those purple, green, and gold Mardi Gras necklaces for the multi-day music festival Big Rivers. Musical events for young and old alike will take place on various stages throughout the city. There will also be a festival market, held in the Grotekerksbuurt neighborhood and on the Groenmarkt.
The performances will take place at: Grotekerskplein, Korte Kalkhaven, Grote Markt, Spuiboulevard, Houttuinen, Statenplaats, De Waag, Wijnstraat, Aardappelmarkt, Stadhuisplein, Groenmarkt (Brut Garden), and Binnenstad. For the complete program, please visit the website.
