The program kicks off with atalk by food designer Marije Vogelzang, who has been a global pioneer at the intersection of food and imagination for 26 years. She reveals how stories, memories, and expectations can literally change the taste in your mouth.

Next,immerse yourself in theMind Mouth audio tasting, ablend of fairy tale and meditation. Through the use of hypnosis techniques, you’ll hear, feel, and taste as you slowly transform into… your own tongue. Sound, language, and taste merge into a single surreal dining experience.

The event wraps up with a“graaslunch”: a playful, locally sourced lunch prepared with love that you eat with your hands. As you enjoy your meal, you’ll meet other curious minds during this casualnetworking lunchfull of inspiration and flavor.
