As a housekeeper at a Scottish castle, Josephine Rombouts maintained a sustainable way of life that we rarely see anymore.
Josephine worked at a castle in Scotland for five years. She started as a housekeeper, then became a personal assistant, and later a project manager. She had the unique opportunity to be part of a household where time had stood still. She chronicled her experiences in a series of books—*Cliffrock Castle*—which are beloved by a wide audience.
