They’re back! The Rectum Stretchers proudly present the second edition of Goredrecht. After last year’s raunchy and hugely successful debut, a follow-up was, of course, inevitable. Expect another night full of filthy riffs, brutal blasts, and unadulterated goregrind.
This year, they’re going even bigger: not 4, but 5 bands that together guarantee an uncompromising, sweaty, and bone-crushing night. No fuss, no mercy—just pure noise and total filth.
So buy a ticket and support the scene. Goredrecht is back and filthier than ever.
Lineup:
- Lump
- Bluewaffle Sauerkraut
- Rectal Stretchers
- BARREN
- Stoma
Lump
These four men have only one mission: to make a hell of a racket and chug beer. Klont is sometimes described as a cross between a slaughterhouse and a bad joke. The clown is real. The screams are genuine. And it all started with a dream… or perhaps more accurately, a nightmare called “The Klontinental Disaster.”
Bluewaffle Sauerkraut
In 2017, a lab experiment somewhere went horribly wrong. The result: BLUEWAFFLE SAUERKRAUT. These four bananas deliver a deadly yet festive mix of grind, death, and carnival. Filthy, fast, and with a healthy dose of tongue-in-cheek humor. As of this writing, there’s no album yet, but if everything goes according to plan, that will change this year.
Rectal Stretchers
The young goregrind band Rectum Stretchers from Dordrecht delivers hard-hitting, groovy goregrind. Inspired by greats like Rompeprop, Macabre, and Gronibard, they deliver a filthy mix of brutal riffs and pumping grooves. They’ve already shared the stage with bands like Clitgore, Rectal Smegma, and Serrabulho and continue to steadily make a name for themselves within the scene.
BARREN
BARREN is a Belgian grindcore band featuring (former) members of Agathocles, Aborted, Emeth, and Suppository. Since their formation, they have built up an impressive catalog of releases. In 2021, they released their first demo and two EPs, which were later released on CD by the Japanese label Esagoya Records.
This was followed by, among other things, a split with Berated, their first full-length album *I* via Grindhead Records, and contributions to compilations such as *Good Guys Go Grind Vol. 2* and *Noxious Ruin Magazine Vol. 8*. The band kept up the pace with several splits, including releases with Sickrecy, Lesser Animal, and Distaste. Expect lightning-fast, uncompromising grindcore from seasoned veterans.
Stoma
Stoma was formed in 1998 when drummer Puke Vomit and guitarist Still Beer started a project called Brainshit. Not long after, 391 and G.O.B. (Godfather of Beer) joined the band to provide the vocal power. In 1999, drummer Ziggy joined the band, and the name was changed to Stoma, with Puke Vomit taking over on bass.
In 2000, they recorded eight songs at Studio Lobbes, material that was later re-released several times in various formats, including a split with Last Days of Humanity. In the years that followed, the lineup changed several times, but the band remained active. In 2012, their second full-length album, *The Glorification of Sexual Depravation*, was released, after which they went on tour in Brazil, among other places.
With decades of goregrind under its belt, Stoma remains a mainstay of the genre.
