What began in 2016, after they lost their space at a cultural center, grew into a thriving dance studio with hundreds of students.
During this evening, they will perform a selection of dances from their anniversary show , “The Road to 10 Years of Joy2dance.” In this show, they look back on their shared history in dance: from their own childhoods on the dance floor and at dance academies, to teaching throughout the Netherlands and special projects and performances.
At Statenplein, you’ll see an energetic mix of styles and generations, where old choreographies are given new life and current students showcase what Joy2dance stands for today. Expect a personal and dynamic show full of the joy of dance, memories, and pride.
