A posh lady from a wealthy background befriends a very mysterious dog from the park. A stray dog who doesn’t know what breed he is—it doesn’t bother him—and who doesn’t even know for sure whether he’s a male or a female—why should that matter? As long as he smells good. And as long as he can tell great stories! And that last part happens to be exactly what Lady falls head over heels for in her wealthy but unimaginative little life.
Until she finds out that he’s making it all up. But… is that really such a bad thing? Isn’t it okay to make your world a little better when reality isn’t always so pleasant? A play about a friendship between two completely different worlds that come together. About imagination. About prejudices and assumptions. About how the unknown might just pleasantly surprise you. Full of Kleine Theater humor, music, and lots of dogs.
