Studio Brandstof invites Yusuf Kemal Öztürk for a semi-acoustic show. This multi-instrumentalist with Turkish roots creates soundscapes at the intersection of ambient, post-rock, and prog rock. By combining cinematic textures, distortion, and field recordings, the project creates constantly shifting soundscapes centered on themes such as grief, rebellion, and lost empathy. Yusuf Kemal Öztürk will be performing at the Popronde this fall as an NMTH Talent, but first he’ll be joining us at Brandstof!
