Restaurant DeliCees has moved to a new location in Dordrecht. Owners Ester Weber and Cees Timmerman are starting fresh “with renewed energy” under a new name and with a different approach. “We’re going to do what we haven’t done in 25 years.”
At La Cebolla, it’s all about quality and simplicity. The dishes are inspired by DeliCees and carefully crafted by Cees. The name “Cebolla,” Spanish for “onion,” stands for versatility, simplicity, and indispensability—exactly what they want to convey. They’re also proud of their Michelin recognition, the only one in Dordrecht.
The eatery houses on the top floor of De Witt, which already houses a movie theater and a brasserie.
