On entering Knollen & Citroenen restaurant, you immediately imagine yourself in a homely ambience. Here you will find that old atmosphere, among the enamel kitchen pans, spirit stoves and other items from the first half of the last century. The menu consists of various regional dishes that are sometimes dressed up in a modern jacket, but with a nod to the past. You can enjoy the NederVlaamsche cuisine.
Depending on the season, you can smell the aromas of stewed pears, hot lightning, pea soup and minced meat in the restaurant. In the summer, think of delicious salads and summer products. In the kitchen, we work as much as possible with products that are prepared according to traditional methods. And, of course, with local products if possible.
