For almost 90 years the most delicious poffertjes of the city. Slightly crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, with a large lump of butter and covered in a thick layer of sugar: these are Visser's poffertjes! They have been baked for decades in the beautiful building at the Groenmarkt 9, in the middle of the historical centre of Dordrecht. By using buckwheat flour and by not adding dairy products to the secret recipe of the batter, Visser's makes the most delicious poffertjes of the city.
