Bibelot x DJS present: Dordrecht Blues Night

With Dordrecht Blues Night, the city is getting a new blues night that brings together world-class talent and locally rooted artists.
During this first edition, Ian Siegal and Dordrecht-based Minko will share the stage.

The blues is just one shade in Ian Siegal’s palette. This versatile British artist moves effortlessly between continents, eras, and styles and is known as a true showman. He gives it his all in live performances, carried by a voice that is as raw as it is compelling. Siegal is the only Brit to have been nominated twice for the Blues Music Awards (the Grammys of the blues) and has been named Blues Album of the Year twice by MOJO Magazine. Together with his rock-solid band, he guarantees an intense live show.

Minko
Minko embodies the new, distinctive sound of Dordrecht. The band consists of brothers Dusty and Darryl Ciggaar and drummer Nick Croes, who have known each other musically for nearly twenty years. After exploring various projects, they reunited to create their own music. With Tammo Deuling (Dawn Brothers) rounding out the lineup, Minko delivers an energetic mix of rock & roll, blues shuffles, country soul, rhythm & blues, and everything in between.
