You will be welcomed in the Tasting Room on the 1stst floor. A Rutte host or hostess will take you on a journey through Rutte’s history. He or she will explain everything about the distillation and extraction processes. After a tour past stills and barrels, you’ll taste various Rutte products, including several types of jenever. This part is the same as a regular tasting. Afterward, you’ll start making your own product. Step by step, you’ll be introduced to the wonderful world of the distiller. You’ll take your own recipe home with you in a small bottle.
