Guided tour of the permanent collection at
Sunday, November 8, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
This guided tour focuses on the permanent collection, which spans six centuries of painting. The historical art primarily reflects the city’s rich past. The tradition of painting also plays a central role throughout the entire collection. The work of contemporary artists ties into this, as they reflect on the act of painting itself, on themes found in the collection, or on current social issues.
