Family Sunday & Story Festival

Sun, Sept. 27, 2026
09:00 - 15:00

On Family Sunday, the museum is celebrating. Families are extra welcome and welcomed into a cozy museum. Activities are organized for children between the ages of 2 and 15. The LetterLAB is open for games and crafts. The museum café also has a special offer for families during Family Sundays.

During this Family Sunday, you can explore, play, and listen to the book *From Small to Great: Coco Chanel* at the story festival in the Education Museum. Will you be joining us?

Every Family Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., you’re welcome to join us at the Story Festival! This Story Festival is for children ages 5 and up. Sit back and listen to a wonderful story. Afterward, we’ll do a fun activity, such as a game, arts and crafts, dress-up, and more—nothing is too crazy!

Sign up for the Storytelling Festival through the following link: Buy your tickets here

You can also discover what a classroom looked like back in your (grand)parents’ day. You can create a beautiful piece of art on the chalkboard and write with a real quill pen. Go on a discovery adventure in the “Letter Forest” with a scavenger hunt and/or crack the code in Paul van Loon’s escape room “The Creepy Bus.” There’s something fun for everyone to do. Fun for young and old alike.

Free participation upon presentation of a valid admission ticket.
