Stadsklooster Dordt is a unique place in the heart of Dordrecht. A historic building with modern facilities and a warm atmosphere. Staying overnight in Dordrecht has never been such a unique experience. But there is more. Have a bite to eat in the Aan Tafel restaurant, with its special concept. Celebrating a party or meeting? Staying Overnight at
There are two options for staying overnight. Looking for an affordable place to stay? Then choose the hostel and sleep in a Pod. That means a quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. Need some privacy? Close the blackout curtains and turn on the LED lights. For people traveling together, there are double Pods.
If you're looking for a little more luxury then opt for a cozy, atmospheric hotel room. Climb the stairs to the top and sleep under the beams of the historic building. The rooms are cozy and, due to their clever design, hugely functional. Of course, the room is fully equipped, with its own shower and toilet.
Meeting Room/Event Venue
The Kloosterzaal is a multifunctional hall equipped with all the necessary (digital) amenities for meetings and gatherings, and can accommodate up to 100 people (standing) and 40 (seated). The Kloosterzaal can also be used as a party venue for weddings, birthdays, or other celebrations, possibly in combination with the monastery garden.
Restaurant aan Tafel
Take a seat in the church pews at the long tables for a delicious meal and a chance to meet others. The chef prepares different meals every day, which he actually serves right at your table. You serve yourself and others. Want to be sure of a spot? Just make a reservation. But even if you don’t reserve, we’ll do our best to find a spot for you. Do you have any allergies? Please let us know when you make your reservation. Price for a 3-course dinner: €20.55. We’ll all sit down to dinner together at 6:30 p.m. You’re welcome to join us in our café beforehand to enjoy a pre-dinner drink (included in the price).
Monastery Café
In the café, you can sit on the comfortable lounge sofa, in front of the beautiful large windows, or at the high tables by the bar. Whether you’re coming for a delicious direct-trade coffee from 80-days coffee, to celebrate life with a beer from Hert Bier, or to enjoy a delicious lunch, you’re welcome!
