Feeling like the cocktail-shaking Tom Cruise at home? Then try your hand at this recipe from none other than DOK Bar&Bites for a Pornstar Martini.
Supplies
- cocktail shaker (available at Xenos, among other places)
- strainer
- ice cubes
- nice glass
Ingredients
- passion fruit juice 45 ml (available at better supermarkets)
- white of 1 egg
- vodka 30 ml
- vanilla sugar (teaspoon)
- 1 passion fruit
- half a lime (juice)
Preparation
- separate the yolk from the egg white and save the egg white
- put 6 ice cubes in the shaker with passion fruit juice/egg white/vodka/vanilla sugar and lime juice
- shake for about 1 to 2 minutes
- Pour everything through a strainer (such as a tea strainer)
- finish the pornstar with half a passion fruit
Prefer a mocktail? Then omit the vodka and add more passion fruit juice. Cheers!
