Anyone entering Christoffel Curiosities will be surprised by objects and furniture from all corners of the world. St Christopher is the patron saint of travellers and, since May, also the namesake of a special shop in the Voorstraat. The more special, the better, is the starting point of owner and travel enthusiast Peter van den Bosch.
This is clearly reflected in the diverse authentic collection ranging from wooden sculptures to furniture and paintings. "It only becomes interesting when an object has a story. The more lived-in, the better. I also like to offer people things that cannot be found everywhere. Unexpected gems, but still affordable." Curious?
