Dordts Kindertheater Marjolijn started in the 1980s as Kindertheater at Zolder van het Hof, then stayed for a while at the Kunstkerk and for the past two years has been a guest in the upstairs hall of Cafe Restaurant Merz. Starting with the 2014-2015 theater season, Dordts Kindertheater Marjolijn will settle in the theater of Inter Amicos at Chr. de Wetstraat 2a, just outside the center of Dordrecht. The location is easily accessible by bicycle, public transportation and car. Weather permitting, children can enjoy themselves on the adjacent schoolyard before and after the performance. 'Imaginative theater of high quality in an intimate setting, enjoyed by young and old alike. That's what the programmers are looking for. They provide a broad introduction to theater in all its facets: from puppetry to circus, from reading to chamber music.
