- Year built: 1903
- Architect: C.J.J. Teneti Jr.
- Original function: Presbytery
This building, built in 1903, is the former vicarage of the Bonifatiuskerk 8 in the Wijnstraat. Both buildings were given a new purpose in the 1970s: the Bonifatiuskerk became a youth club and since 1974, addiction care institution Bouman GGZ has been renting the house on the Kuipershaven from the municipality of Dordrecht. The building, which is over a hundred years old, features many special architectural details. Inside, there is a lot of original woodwork with decorations (including stairs and doors), a mosaic-inlaid floor in the corridors, plastered ceilings and original fireplaces. The decorations are typical of the early twentieth century. A room was added at the back in the 1970s. In the garden behind the house, the back facade of the Bonifatius Church is clearly visible.
