Warehouse In Vino Veritas. The warehouse plot has an enormous size: it is 14.2 metres wide and extends to a depth of 38.4 metres, all the way from the Binnen Walevest to the Buiten Walevest. The bay windows in the front facade and the ceilings in the period rooms on the first floor at the Buiten Walevest incorporate floral Art Nouveau motifs. The entrance to the wine warehouse is formed by a round arch gate with a neo-Renaissance frame, bearing the inscription 'In Vino Veritas'.
It is remarkable that the complex, both the interior and the exterior, has been preserved so well. In the 110 years since its construction, there have been only a few renovations. The many rooms are still used according to their original functions, namely as offices, wine storehouses with warehouse and workshop, and as a residence.
