155 (one-five) is a breakdance collective of creative friends who grew up together and now create performances full of breakdance, comedy, stunts, spectacle and bizarre humor. The group won the Golden Cricket 2023 with the performance CONTROLE, which was described by the Volkskrant as hilariously ironic and of a touching beauty.
With JOHNNY, 155 brings another absurdist spectacle full of slapstick. Think Jackie Chan meets Buster Keaton meets Flight Strip. Five stuntmen with balls of steel - and slight brain damage - await their big moment in an action movie. But between the backflips, falls and laughs, the question arises: how many hits do you have to take to prove you're not a pussy? How do you stay yourself when you are always in someone else's shadow? And more importantly, what good is a perfectly executed stunt when you've beenghosted by your ex?
