It is logical that Abba is more popular than ever, more than thirty years after the formation appeared on the world stage! Not for nothing that so many musicians have played Abba's repertoire. It is a master class in pop music. Not many singers achieve the highs and lows that Agnetha and Frida knew how to achieve. And certainly not with the suppleness and quality that they had and that their music also possessed. It was groundbreaking music at the time, which, by the way, is still copied and "borrowed" in contemporary pop songs to this day. Abba Gold is a tribute to the music of Abba in its original form: two women, great songs and a rock and roll band that is not to be sneezed at! The band members were previously in the cast of Mamma Mia on London's West End.
