When Stella is away, a violent sexual confrontation between Blanche and Stanley occurs during a long , dark night .
For 'Blanche', director Belle van Heerikhuizen once again collaborates with writer Annet Bremen, with whom she made the acclaimed 'Wil je een snoepje?' in 2022.
