'Meester Kikker' is a funny theater party about master Frans who turns into a frog. But there is another person with a big secret... Can the secret be kept?
Funny story and exuberant visual party about big secrets
'Meester Kikker', based on the book of the same name by Paul van Loon, is a funny and exciting story about master Frans who carries a big secret with him: he regularly changes into a frog. To change back into a human being, all he has to do is eat a fly. No problem, you would think, were it not for the fact that director Stork also has a secret. He turns into a stork and becomes human again by eating... a frog.
So it is imperative that these secrets remain secret. But whether they can? The children in the class must help keep the secret.
The Big Haay turns it into a visual feast, with a large canvas set, projections, puppets and foam wigs. Thus the wonderful story comes to life and we discover that perhaps everyone has an animal in them.
