Alferink admired the European classical masters, studied their skills and created her self-taught techniques to achieve a result called hyperrealism. Alferink has been painting since 2014 and her works have been featured at Art Basel Scope Miami, Los angeles Art show, Art Dubai and Pan Amsterdam, among others.
