Victor(Eelco Smits) finally comes out of the closet, but realizes he is now considered too old for the dating market. His sister, opera diva Annika(Hadewych Minis), imagines the life she could have had if she had made different choices, after she receives a terminal diagnosis. Meanwhile, their grandmother Joke(Beppie Melissen) fails to end her life, and 10-year-old Timo(Isacco Limper) checks off his bucket list.
