When a dog and a police officer are injured on duty, only a daring operation can save their lives. And so Dog Man, half dog and half cop, is born. As long as he is not distracted by squirrels, Dog Man is busy protecting the city from his archenemy: supervillain Charles the Cat. But with the arrival of the adorable kitten Little Charles, a clone of Charles, everything changes for the two rivals. With jokes, gags and lots of feeling, Dog Man shows how the power of love (and of kittens) can bring even the biggest furry enemies together.
