Nearly thirty years after a “rage” virus leaked from a biological weapons lab, the world remains under strict quarantine. But some have carved out an existence among the infected. One such group of survivors lives on a small island accessible only by a heavily guarded crossing from the mainland. When one of the group leaves the island on a mission that takes him deep into the dark mainland, he discovers secrets and wonders.
