During the summer months (through August 30) you can enjoy several beautiful films on Fridays and Saturdays in the beautiful Monastery Garden, organized by Filmtheater De Witt. Each evening there is a different film on the program. Tonight Everything, The Real Thing Story by Imon Sheridan is showing.
Everything, The Real Thing Story: "You To Me Are Everything" is one of the most beloved soul records of all time and was groundbreaking because it brought the four black British singers of The Real Thing to No. 1 on the British charts in 1976. This documentary places the group's success in a musical and social historical context and makes it clear that The Real Thing did more than sing romantic pop songs.
Director: Imon Sheridan (a.o. Stanley Long - The King of Sexploitation) - Actors: a.o. Dave Smith, Chris Amoo, Jacob Anderson
Length: 94 minutes - Language: English - Subtitles: Dutch
