During the summer months (through August 30) you can enjoy several beautiful films on Fridays and Saturdays in the beautiful Monastery Garden, organized by Filmtheater De Witt. Each evening there is a different film on the program. Tonight Honey Don't by Ethan Coen is running .
Ethan Coen has been making films mostly without his brother Joel in recent years. But in terms of themes and styles, they build on the famous work of The Coen Brothers. So his latest film Honey Don't can also be properly labeled as a black comedy. We present this film as a preview and bouncer of Fim in the Garden 2025.
Honey O'Donahue(Margareth Qualley) is a private investigator working in Bakersfield, California. She is investigating the case of a series of bizarre deaths. They all point to a mysterious denomination. Her path crosses that of church leader Dean(Chris Evans) and a mysterious woman.

It is also possible to rent a beach chair for € 5.00. After ordering tickets online, you can check off beach chairs. You pay the total amount via Ideal. Tickets will be checked and beach chairs will be handed out upon entering the Kloostertuin (through the back of De Witt).
There is a bar in the garden for drinks and snacks. And for a complete summer night out, you can eat beforehand on the terrace of the city brasserie.
