During the Coffee Talks, we offer a different experience than our regular tours. The focus is not on the art itself, but rather on the run-up to and preparations for the exhibition. Employees of the Art Church and the Dordrecht Museum share their personal stories about the creation of the exhibition and give a look behind the scenes.
We start with a cup of coffee or tea, after which the group visits the exhibition together. Along the way, the colleagues involved talk about their role within the project and share insights into the creative and organizational process. The atmosphere is informal and inviting. Visitors can ask questions, discuss their own impressions or look around independently. This creates space for spontaneous conversations and an open exchange between audience and makers.
