On April 20, the Kunstkerk welcomes the piano duo Sonora Quatre-mains, consisting of Sammie Yam and Nadia Tumiwa. Both are recent graduates of the Conservatory of Rotterdam and share a passion for four-handed piano playing.
With a fresh and contemporary approach, Sammie and Nadia bring a varied repertoire, in which both well-known classical works and lesser-known pieces by female composers come to life. Their playing is all about connection and innovation, taking the audience into the rich world of piano music in duplicate.
Let yourself be carried away by the harmonies of Brahms, Chaminade and other composers at this intimate concert on the Art Church's beautiful grand piano.
