Concert celebrating the 80th anniversary of our liberation and cordially invite you to a special afternoon of music, remembrance and the rich culture of wind music. Spotlight Orchestra, conducted by Michael Engelbrecht, will take you on an impressive musical journey that warms the heart and inspires the spirit.
Thérèsia Kranendonk will present this special afternoon. The concert will offer a varied program, including a special performance of Schindler's List by the talented violinist Anahi Oraisón. She will also perform the solo in the impressive piece The Story of Anne Frank.
In addition, photographs and film material made available by Museum 1940-1945 along with reenactors in original clothing and the inspiring presence of the Keep Them Rolling Foundation provide a rich historical experience. The swinging sounds of Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman complete the whole musically.
