In the city you can still find traces of the slavery past everywhere. Visible in the facades or hidden in buildings and in places you might pass by every day.
Although some buildings have signs with information, the story of the slavery past is missing. That is why the CECD is hosting a city walk that tells the stories of Dordrecht's slavery past. The walk goes past buildings that have a direct or indirect link to Dordrecht's slavery past.
Start/collect at the Nieuwburg and the walk ends at the Augustinian Church.
