During the silence walk you put your senses on edge and experience what it is like to really get in touch with yourself again. You do this in the most natural environment: in the middle of nature, the Biesbosch. Along the way you will do various attention exercises, to enjoy the benefits of silence, beautiful nature and being outside. Afterwards there will be tea and, if desired, an opportunity to briefly share experiences. Please bring good walking shoes and warm and/or rainwear. Suitable for ages 16 and up.
