On the last Saturday of August, a large group of swimmers takes a swim for charity. The City Swim Dordrecht is a grand swimming spectacle in the Wantij. Participants swim various distances. Children also swim this day for charity during the KidsSwim. Along the shore you will enjoy musicians, DJs, a food court and entertainment. In short, a day full of activity and sportsmanship. And, of course, all for a good cause! Swim to Fight Cancer is a recreational swimming event in which participants and teams raise as many donations as possible for Fight cancer, a foundation that raises funds for scientific cancer research and prevention through KWF Kankerbestrijding.
