Martien de Vos (1995) received his first organ lessons from Arie Braber in Ooltgensplaat. He then studied with Paul Kieviet in Sommelsdijk.
From 2014-2018, he studied for his Bachelor Organ with Bas de Vroome at Rotterdam Conservatory. He also took the subsidiary subjects piano, harpsichord, basso continuo and choral conducting. He received improvisation lessons from Hayo Boerema and Aart Bergwerff. Martien also studied church music in Rotterdam with Hanna Rijken and Arie Hoek, among others.
In 2020 he graduated for his Master organ at the Conservatory of Groningen with Theo Jellema and Erwin Wiersinga. Clavichord lessons he received from Johan Hofmann. He also studied improvisation with Sietze de Vries.
Since 2023, Martien has been studying at the Royal Carillon School of Mechelen. There he receives main subject carillon from the internationally renowned carillonneur Koen van Assche.
