Also in 2025, the Grote Kerk will host an organ series, put together by the Music Working Group with artistic input from Cor Ardesch. The organ series will include evening concerts and tourist concerts on Saturday afternoons.
Extra attention this season will be paid to the great composer Johann Sebastian Bach, who died 275 years ago. Thus, on Saturday, July 26, there will be an afternoon on the theme "Singing with Bach and Luther. On Monday evening, July 28, the anniversary of Bach's death, a 'Bach concert' will be given by city organist Cor Ardesch.
Season 2025 begins with four tourist concerts in June.
