In their brand new musical cabaret show Rekhalzen, Yentl and de Boer go in search of their ability to dream, in a time that can be called unpredictable, to say the least.
Rekhalzen is old Dutch for reaching out. Really an excellent word. It's exactly what we need: to stretch our necks a little. Whoooop the sky! In search of the horizon or the future. Is there something beautiful waiting? But what if that first glimpse over the fence is so frightening that the elongation wears off? Is the neighbor sitting there, eating custard in his naked nothingness?
