Sing and Be Happy is an intimate and musical performance about the Dordrecht resistance woman and oratorio singer Diet Kloos. Diet is 16 when she joins the resistance. There she meets her great love Jan. When they are arrested and Jan is shot, he gives her a life assignment. Diet becomes a valued soloist and teacher, but whether she manages to become happy? After the performance, a freedom meal will be served outside with after-dinner discussion and a musical performance by the youth orchestra Spotlight.
