As the third generation of 'De Groot', Aysha Meis (1993) was brought up on music. For Marcel's daughter and Boudewijn's granddaughter it was therefore unthinkable that she would follow a different path. Meanwhile, with her willfulness, raw sound and personal stories, she has become an artist you can't ignore. In her direct lyrics, she shares her feelings without filter and comfort and recognition come together. Her live shows are sincere, compelling and playful.
