The griend museum trail is an island with a beautiful nature trail and a rich cultural history. Walk the trail and take a look at the Stone Shed where you will be welcomed by a real "wicker worker.
Do you like to paint? And would you like to do this in nature? Then sign up for one of the painting workshops during the season opening weekend at Biesboschcentrum Dordrecht. Come get acquainted with painting outdoors under the guidance of Hoekatelier. With an easel, palette and brushes you can paint a part of the Biesbosch directly on your canvas.
Come experience what it is like to live, live and work as a brushmaker in the Biesbosch. Yew workers used to work Monday through Friday in the yawl where they cut willows. Build different parts such as an ewe and a schrankkeet.
Fancy a nice spring walk and coffee and cake? Then sign up for Happen & Stappen! You start from the Biesboschcentrum and take a walk of about 3 km through the nature reserve. Along the way you make a stop at the Zuileshoeve where coffee is ready and for the children lemonade with a tasty cake. Fully rested you continue the walk back to Biesboschcentrum Dordrecht.
